New pendant safely received today.

I am extremely delighted to say that the diamond ring I bought for my wife actually had a higher specification diamond than that advertised, but at the same price, WOW! Not to mention the additional benefits of having both a certificate for the diamond and an insurance valuation for the ring. In addition to the luxury hardwood box ordered, a special cleaning cloth and gift bag were provided gratis.

Opened the box and it was just what I had expected but heavier than other ones I had seen on the high street and a lot cheaper along with the cleaning cloth and insurance valuation certificate(just in case) something you wouldn't normally get in your high street jewellers.
The other thing I liked was the nice but plain box not with the name of the jewellers in it (free advertisement for them.
If you asked me the best kind of customer you can get is one that has been recommended, there is nothing better than word of mouth and I shall certainly recommend you if anybody needs any jewellery and should I need anything in the future I shall be sure to click onto your link now copied onto my favourites.

I am so impressed with the service. I needed a pair of wedding rings (one which had to be sized) to be sent out asap... sizing alone normally takes a week but Pam saw my urgency and managed to have it all sorted in less than a week!!
I needed my rings to be delivered to an alternative address from my card's address and i can confirm that this company is a very secure and safe company when it comes to using credit cards! - it's good to see a company which is strict on card fraud (i've actually had a my card details stolen and used online before..it's horrible and a real hassle to sort out... so seeing a company who is strict with card fraud is great)... the gentleman i spoke to on the phone regarding my card was very courteous!
The rings purchased was the cheapest found anywhere (i wasn't even looking for the cheapest - i just wanted the fastest delivery time.. so bonus!)... it was delivered the quickest (everywhere else was quoting at least 2 weeks) - i needed the rings quick so had expected the rings to not be of the greatest quality.. after all like with most things.. u get what u pay for.. I needed the rings quick so was prepared to accept maybe not great quality rings... but i was SO SO happy when i received the rings!...the quality of the rings are fantastic with very good weight.
The ring boxs which i brought for the rings are beautiful - i also got a great polishing cloth and gift bag!....the extra bonus was getting the valuation form (most jewellers would charge a lot for it!)
Anyways... I AM VERY HAPPY! I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS SITE AND WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN... TOTALLY FAB CUSTOMER SERVICE (they email and text to keep you informed as to what is happening!)...V. V. HAPPY!!

I found your website through a search engine (Google). Placing my order was very straightforward (there was certainly plenty of choice and the items were well displayed). Once I had placed my order I received an immediate notification. Soon afterwards I received a further notification that the order would be picked that day and despatched the next and would therefore arrive on Thursday. As I knew I wouldn't be around on that day, I sent an email to your customer helpdesk to ask which courier service you would be using. I received a very prompt response (almost immediate) that the delivery would be by special delivery. The goods arrived as promised on Thursday, and were of excellent quality for the price and packed very well. The level of customer service (in particular the proactive approach to providing information about orders) was excellent and the whole shopping experience an (unusual!) pleasure for me. It is particularly notable that this level of service was provided despite the fact that my order was relatively small, under £20. I have received service far far below this quality when spending ten or twenty times as much elsewhere. Just to let you know, the ring I ordered ( one and a half carat diamond cluster ) arrived this morning and I'm absolutely delighted with it and can't wait to see my wife's face when she opens it on her 40th birthday in September. Street stores and more latterly through home shopping channels

It is not very often that I am compelled to write to people
about their products and service, but this time I just had to.
My daughter-in-law unfortunately lost her favourite Gold Gate
Bracelet last week and, understandably, she was upset. As I
love her dearly, I wanted to buy her one for Christmas to
replace it. At this time of year shopping is horrendous and I
did not fancy fighting my way round the shops, so I put aside
my scepticism, and looked on the Internet.
It was extremely difficult to find gate bracelets and the ones
I did find looked 'tacky' for the price. Then I came across The
Jewellery Catalogue.
The simple, no frills and excellent prices held my attention,
but would there be a gate bracelet that would satisfy my needs?
The range was excellent, unusual and very good prices. I
decided on one and sent my order.
The service was superb. I was kept up to date with each stage
of my order and it arrived promptly in the time scale
promised.
Now I finally!! arrive at the reason for this letter. I was,
honestly, expecting to be a little disappointed but so long as
it was ok it would do.
I think I've used most of the explicatives I can think of but I will repeat them again, it was excellent, superb, a fantastic design, superior quality and the feel of the gold is unbelievable, it is a very tactile piece and feels so comfortable around the wrist. As you can tell I am VERY SATISFIED and will have NO hesitation in browsing again or recommending you to anyone and everyone.
